Transportation Guiding and Combined Tours
Transportation is provided in mini-buses or buses according to the number of passengers traveling. All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides. Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours. Visits, stops and other tour components may be deleted, added and/or substituted from the tour without notice. Meals, or other expenses of personal nature are not included unless published for a particular tour in Get Turkey Tours' brochure.
Accommodations
Our hotels are of superior tourist class or first class . Get Turkey Tours reserves the right to change the hotel to another of equal or better standard than the hotel mentioned in the itineraries.
Triple and Quad rooms are based on the existing bedding in a room which is 2 double beds.
Children Children are 11 years or less. Children must be at least 5 years old to travel. Tour members who are between 5 and 11 years and traveling with two adults in the same room receive a child discount on the tour price. Please see the respective tour for prices.
Tips Tips are not included. We recommend to tip on all tours $5.00 per person per day to the Driver and Guide
Payment We accept credit cards; Visa , Master , Major cards
Confirmation
It’s easy to book. Once we have received your reservation and payment, all confirmation vouchers will be send by e-mail.
Refunds All refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the tour departure. Any refunds due will be by cash €- $ and mailed. If payment is made by credit card, your credit card will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Baggage
On tours that operated by bus, you can take all your luggage with you.
On tours that operate by van, there is limited space for luggage. Passengers are allowed one suitcase and one handbag per person. Baggage handling is not included.
Cancellations Cancellations made 31 days or more will incur a 10% cancellation penalty..Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will have 50% cancellation penalty. Full tour price will be charged for cancellations made 14 days or less. No refunds will be made on unused portions of a tour.
A non refundable fee of $75.00 per person applies from time of booking for the air portion. The rest of cancellation policy remains as above.
Responsibility
Get TurkeyTours LLC acts as agent for all issued tickets or vouchers and all arrangements for transportation, conveyance or hotel accommodation and assumes no liability or responsibility for (1) any injuries, loss, damage, accidents (2) delay, irregularities or inconvenience by any defect in a vehicle (3) traffic conditions, access to sites, additional costs or other conditions beyond its control. Get Turkey Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules, or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice & to substitute equipment as needed. Get Turkey Tours reserves the right to remove any passenger that is a disturbance or posses any threat to the smooth operation of a tour.
Passengers with Disabilities
Get TurkeyTours makes all efforts to accommodate all passengers, including those with disabilities.
Some tours are not suitable for passengers which require wheelchairs and other disabilities.
We cannot guarantee hotel rooms for the handicapped.
Passengers with special needs, medical conditions and disabilities must advise Get TurkeyTours when making their reservation.
Get Turkey Tours does not accept any liability regarding the suitability of individual tours and must reserve the right to decline a booking should it be considered that we will be unable to meet in full our obligation to the passenger.
